Proper training is necessary to compete highly at any level. IOFC has helped produce standout athletes in basketball, football, track, baseball tennis, and rugby to name a few sports. Our performance training programs are designed to build a better overall athlete, prevent injuries, and  improve:

Strength
Explosiveness
Conditioning
Sports specific skills

All athletes regardless of their sport are assessed to determine strengths and weaknesses. Athletes are then progressed through a program specific to their needs, goals, and sport-specific demands.
