We offer a variety of classes designed to improve specific components of fitness. Each class explores a particular aspect of training and works to attack that area in more depth than would be possible with a typical training session. Areas we address include flexibility, cardio, core strength, and more.
During the summer our group classes also extend to outdoor training sessions where we place a emphasis on running, obstacle course training and whole body conditioning.
